Welcome to my website.  I am happy you found me.  I am a native of New Jersey and lived in Monmouth County my entire life. I decided to pursue real estate after 25+ years in corporate management, operations and technology. Real Estate has always been a passion. As an investor, I have owned three rental properties; one summer weekly rental in Cape May County, a winter rental is Sarasota County, FL, and a yearly rental in Middletown.My wife and I have raised our son in Middletown and Holmdel school systems. I can share a wealth of knowledge regarding local school systems, social clubs, sports activities and much more. It is hard to find a more diverse area to live than Monmouth County with its proximity to beaches, boating, golf courses, New York City and even Philadelphia.
